24 x 7 Monitoring of Your Data

Accurately counting traffic is only the beginning of the process.  Traffic information must be made available on a daily basis for it to be used as part of the management process.

Through ShopperTrak's System Management Services (SMS), your traffic data for each of your stores is downloaded by the Orbit sensor along with that from more than 55,000 sensors in the field nightly to the ShopperTrak data center in Chicago, Illinois.  Technicians monitor this data, looking for anomalies such as sensor errors, missing data, etc.

Orbit sensors are also monitored to insure that they are maintained and working properly.  This service is done remotely, so you won't have to do anything to monitor the Orbit sensors in the store.
